Position Summary:
Provide exceptional logistics solutions and customer service by efficiently coordinating with customers, internal operations, and transportation teams. This role provides internal job training for associates interested in developing new skills.

The schedule for the position is Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Process customer logistics orders and service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customers’ orders and requests
  • Resolve customer concerns with effective communication, excellent order management, and customer service
  • Ensure on-time and accurate invoicing of orders
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures
  • Provide training to Logistics Coordinators
  • Assist managers with daily audit processes
  • Report on the team’s performance weekly
  • Lead the account management team
  • Provide on call weekend support as needed

Required Education, Training, or Certification(s):

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency required

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, etc.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have high attention to detail
  • Ability to perform well and effectively collaborate with others in a team-based environment
  • Broad-based computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills
