This role is based in Dallas, TX and offers a 3 days in office/2 days remote hybrid set up.

KidKraft new hires must be fully vaccinated and provide proof prior to start date.

Position Summary:
As KidKraft continues to expand our business globally, we consistently look for motivated and engaged employees to help drive our strategic agenda and accelerate the company’s results. To this end we are looking for a committed, detail orientated Dealer Service Representative to provide management and processing of orders for part of our dealer base as well as our warehousing and fulfilment centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work inside of Dealer specific portals (Radial, VendorCentral, CommerceHub, Salsify) in order to process orders and shipments
  • Communicate with dealers in a professional manner concerning orders, returns, shipments, products and feedback
  • Manually enter orders into KidKraft ERP if/when required
  • Work closely with Logistics and Sales team members to ensure all orders and related data are accurate
  • Work with Sales team to collect missing required data on received orders
  • Work with IT department if/when required to ensure system process functionality
  • Process returns for dealers as required
  • Initiate tracers with trucking carriers and parcel carriers as required
  • Make changes to or cancel pending orders/backorders
  • Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.)
  • Maintain dealer customer files in ERP ensuring accurate information and documentation
  • Fill out forms, determine changes for service requested
  • Work in conjunction with KidKraft distribution centers (USA,Canada, Australia) to ensure accurate processing of dealer orders and shipments
  • Ensure all daily tasks with KidKraft distribution centers occur as per schedule
  • Work in conjunction with KidKraft distribution centers to resolve any issues related to pending or released shipments
  • Generate weekly/bi-weekly Stock Status Reports for specific distribution center
  • Other duties will be assigned to meet business needs as they arise

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy are critical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is preferred
  • Experience with parcel shipments (UPS/FDX) and LTL/FTL shipments is preferred
  • Be able to work closely and effectively in a plug-and-play team environment
  • Ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities quickly
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in Logistics/Distribution market circumstances
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to accommodate seasonal highs and lows
  • Intermediate computer skills (that can develop/improve over time) with an emphasis placed on data hygiene and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel to source/present data
  • Experience with general logistics/distribution is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of domestic freight movement is a plus
  • Relevant customer/dealer service experience is a plus
