Pay & Benefits

First 4 weeks $1k/week guaranteed training pay and based on 5 shifts per week-

1) If a driver works less than 5 shifts, pay is prorated to $200/day

2) Once out of training, load pay will be tracked and pay will the greater of
either the load pay or the $1k training pay

After first 2 weeks, drivers move to the minimum weekly guarantee MIN $1400 PER WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Pay is based on working 5 shifts/week, reporting on-time for their assigned shift, not refusing any dispatch if the driver still has HOS available, completing cleanout.
• Load pay is tracked and pay will the greater of either the load pay or the minimum weekly guaranteed pay
• $100 bonus when drivers work a 6th shift during the pay week
• Pay week is Saturday –Friday and paid out the following Friday. Weekly pay
• Benefits start the first day of the month following 60th day of employment. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, Basic Life and Voluntary Life/ADD, and 401(k). Company match of up to 4% for 401(k) will begin after first anniversary.
