We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled litigation paralegal to provide legal support to our client's team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and a deep understanding of legal procedures and documentation. They will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, and providing general support to our attorneys.

Salary:

$50,000-$70,000+

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from a variety of sources

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and provide updates on case status

• Manage case files and maintain accurate records

• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and mediation

• Coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed

• Participate in meetings with clients and attorneys

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,495.00 - $75,000.00 per year
