HYBRID/REMOTE - GREAT PAY!
Personal Injury Defense Law Firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Should have 5 + years’ experience with Bodily/Personal Injury litigation. Must have experience analyzing medical records and drafting medical chronologies and retaining medical experts.
Experience: Opening case files, client intake, requesting medical record/bills, reviewing and summarizing medical records, assisting attorneys prepare demand letters, drafting various documents, assisting with discovery, e-filing, scheduling court hearings, trial and mediation prep, negotiating liens & medical bills, assisting with settlement process, etc.
Great pay, plus benefits and PTO.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
