We are hiring for these positions:

PM Fry Cooks

PM FISH / FLATTOP

PM Sauté / Shellfish / Lobster

PM Sauté & Grill Cooks

Responsibilities:

● Arrive on time and communicate with management.

● Maintain a very clean environment including walk-in, all kitchen areas and stations.

● Follow instructions for proper cooking from management and be able to ask any question to confirm your cooked items are correct.

● Pride and passion for what you do in the kitchen. It is an art and skill that we hope you are proud of.

Requirements:

●Respect for all team members.

● Flexible schedule (weekends required)

● Multitasking - ability to cook multiple items at the same time and understand the timing of these items. Food is sold as a team together check by check. Communication is important.

● Positive attitude and ability to accept direction from managers. Enjoy working with team members - even under pressure.

- Basic knife skills required for prep work and station execution.
