Job description

• To learn, utilize and teach Head, Heart and Hands model, Cycles of Growth and Change, the Think It Tools for Living to both clients and staff.
• Assist clients in progressing through their treatment by role modeling and teaching the program model on a daily basis.
• Facilitate clinical supervision of assigned staff and document as outlined in their clinical supervision contracts.
• Know and understand each client’s treatment needs, to review and contribute to revising treatment plans and implementation.
• Individual, group therapy sessions – ensure that documentation is completed for notes or person centered plans.
• Facilitate clinical learning forums for assigned staff and work area
• Write clinical justifications for continued authorization
• Attend Child and Family Team meetings as needed for clinical issues needing to be addressed.
• Communication with legal guardians, DSS, Parents, Schools, DJJ, etc. – always ensuring to maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Actively assist in the planning and implementation of daily psycho-educational activities within the staff.
• Assist in maintaining quality of care standards for the clinical programming.
• 3 days in the Day Treatment and 2 days a week doing School Base Counseling.
• Provisional or fully licenses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
