Full Time Day Shift and Part Time Day Shift Available

Company and Position Summary:

Our nurses provide holistic and compassionate care as part of a multidisciplinary team helping individuals recover from eating disorders. As part of a care team, you’ll collaborate with other team members to provide care for a small caseload of patients through their recovery journey while coordinating resources for patients and support networks. Through providing and assisting in medical support, continuous monitoring, and helping plan and evaluate care during and after treatment, you’ll be a part of helping patients reach lasting recovery.

At Accanto Health with brands: The Emily Program and Veritas Collaborative, we provide varying levels of care including outpatient and residential programs for children, adolescents, and adults. We specialize in individual care plans that focus on whole body recovery through physical, mental, and emotional support. The Nursing Team administers medicine, uses medical equipment, and provides general nursing care to patients at all levels in accordance with all organizational and regulatory standards.

Major Accountabilities:

• Promoting the mission, vision, and values of the organization
• Administering medications and other somatic treatments
• Consulting and coordinating with other clinicians on treatment team in the care of patients
• Developing and documenting nursing portion of the patient’s treatment plan
• Operating medical equipment needed in the care of patients
• Obtaining, assessing and document vitals, blind weights, labs with results
• Conduct initial nursing assessment for new patients

Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or higher
• Current LPN in state practicing
• New grads considered
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience inpatient medical setting preferred
