We are looking for a Full Time Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a position in the Home Care setting. This position will have a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also participate in on call once a week and once every third weekend. The nurse will be making visits to the homes of hospice patients. The LPN must have at least 1 year of experience in any setting. The pay and benefits for this Licensed Practical Nurse position are very generous. HOME HOSPICE LPN JOB REQUIREMENTS: We will accept an LPN with 1 year of experience in ANY setting, however if the nurse does have experience with med/surg patients, that is a plus including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Any experience will be accepted as long as the LPN has at least one year of licensed experience. The licensed practical nurse must have been trained as a licensed practical nurse. The licensed practical nurse must have a current LPN license in the state. The licensed practical nurse must be willing and able to work Full Time hours. The LPN must either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- no exceptions. This company requires a COVID-19 vaccine. You may apply for the exemption.
