Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) needed for the 3pm -11pm shift in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and operate within the LPN Scope of Practice.
• Maintain familiarity with resident records and documents in resident records as required.
• Evaluate health emergencies and determine emergency medical measures to be taken regarding resident care according to state regulations.
• Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, administration of medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Provide services as indicated on resident care plans.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Attend facility in-services
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Current/active, unencumbered state nursing license in state of PA
• Maintains CPR as required by State regulations
