Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Pinnacle Specialty Care, a 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located in Cedar Falls, IA!
What makes Pinnacle a great SNF for an Administrator? This site has a dedicated leadership team that offers longevity. No current department head openings. All department heads have been at our Cedar Falls location for over a year, and most for over three years! Census is not an issue, as this location is running above budget. Retention is positive and turnover is minimal.

Summary: As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering.
Successful candidates must hold Nursing Home Administrator licensure. We are looking for a leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff.
