Job Type: Full-time

Pay range is $35,000 to $40,000

In this role, the Associate will save our customers and resolve their issues!

The Associate will develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing policy holders resulting in increased levels of retention. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our policy holders .

Patience is a virtue, and in this role, it’s a requirement! We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals that thrive in a fast paced environment. Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is required but would be a greater benefit relating to policy holders in the beginning for this position.

*Responsibilities*

* Actively listen to concerns or questions demonstrating a desire to assist and respond to with compassion and insurance industry knowledge.

* Proactively contact policy holders to provide updates on accounts.

*Reach out to customers who are in cancellation status, follow up on terminated and collect a payment to reinstate the policy, follow up with customers who had rejected payments (NSF), also follow up on customers who are late or in jeopardy of being late. Bills and financial responsibilities is a touchy subject. We want to retain out customers, we do not want cancellations. You must have great people skills for this role, you must also have great attention to detail.

* Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied policy holders into satisfied policy holders. * Review customer policies for gaps in coverage

*Skills and Experience*

* Must be able to work in a FAST PACE environment

* Capable of maintaining long-term relationships with the policy holders

* Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills

* Confident, self-starter who works well independently

* Must have ability to multi-task.

* Must have good organizational skills

* Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience

* Proficient typing and computer skills
