Responsibilities:

Salary - $30+ per hour and SIGN ON BONUS
Provides the installation of electrical systems to residential and/or commercial customers. Also, may include some troubleshooting, maintenance and service of electrical systems. Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills and a general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work.Keeps supervisors informed of job progress as well as any problems.
Locates and diagnoses electrical system problems using test equipment.- Reviews blueprints to install, inspect, repair, wire and maintain a variety of electrical systems and equipment to include main electric panel boxes, receptacles, lighting fixtures, switches, under-counter lights, sprinkler systems, conduit or metal flex and appliances.
- Installs and maintains low and high voltage (120-480 volts) distribution.
- Responds to emergencies and/or service calls and troubleshoots malfunctioning equipment to determine the nature of the problem. Troubleshoots more complex electrical problems.
- Ensures that all electrical installations are accurate, serviceable and meet code parameters.
- Ensures that materials used and workmanship meets the requirements of applicable technical and safety standards and will pass inspection.
- Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood.
- Labels all circuits and new panel installation.
- Maintains, inspects, and fuels vehicle.
- Transports materials and tools to the job site and provides proper accounting of tools.
- Completes all required documentation on services and collects/records fees for delivery to the office.
