Balance Point Wellness, LLC, is a community based holistic multi-specialty mental health clinic with 5 locations and a school-based program. We are located in Baltimore, Overlea, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have a School Based division in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools and a Telehealth division in Maryland and Delaware. We are seeking a qualified full-time Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-C or LCPC) to provide clinical supervision and manage a caseload of clients in any of our Maryland offices or via telehealth.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned LGPCs and/or LMSWs
• Cosign supervisee documentation as needed
• Work with the management team
• Maintains a caseload of therapy clients

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s in social work required
• LCSW-C board-approved supervisor
• Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment
• LGPC board approved supervisor, or willingness to become approved (paid for by Balance Point Wellness) preferred

Balance Point Wellness, LLC serves ages 4 and up and accepts most private insurance as well as Medicaid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
