We are currently seeking a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor will deliver Substance Use Disorder treatment under 245G licensing requirements.

Essential Functions :

• Facilitate primary treatment groups and one-on-ones, to include: education, living skills, cognitive skills, underage consumption, and other programs or groups consistent with the Bethel's substance use disorder services.
• Properly complete all intake/admission/discharge processes and paperwork, complete comprehensive/diagnostic assessments, formulate preliminary and primary treatment plans, coordinate/complete referrals, and submit billing.
• Seek alternative treatment funding sources to maintain clients' engagement in treatment and incorporate community resources in treatment planning for client support and needs.
• File & keep records, make up charts, enter data in database and spreadsheets; process letters, reports, and correspondence.
• Review and update program curriculums while communicating with Director; pursue personal professional training and skills development and practice with respect to all codes of conduct and ethical boundaries.
• Support duties for other team members, on-call duties as assigned, special projects as assigned, or work within other departments as needed.
• Model good communications with the treatment team and stakeholders.
• Maintain positive public relations.
