Everson Law of Green Bay, seeks a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our team of legal professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for interacting with people, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment. The Legal Assistant / Paralegal assists attorneys and paralegals with meeting deadlines by providing administrative and clerical support. This person is often the point of contact with clients, communicating with them about both scheduling and case matters. Professional conduct and appearance are crucial. Demonstrated experience, skills, and abilities in these areas are required. Experience in the legal field is preferred.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Associate degree or equivalent experience with family law or litigation
State Bar Certified Paralegal preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years related experience in a law firm preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with electronic case-management software (Action Step or similar) preferred but not required
Other Requirements
Knowledge of litigation or family law
Familiar with CCAP and PACER case filing systems
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Positive “can do” attitude
