Kaylee’s Garden is looking for high quality, POSITIVE, energetic, and dedicated staff to join our team!

We are immediately hiring for several professional Lead Teaching positions. These professional positions include:

** 1 Strong and experienced, yet loving and career-minded, Lead Toddler Teacher

** 1 Infant and Toddler Float – this position may be a Lead or Assistant Teacher (Assistant Teachers must be willing to obtain their Lead)

** 1 Preschool Float – this position may be a Lead or Assistant Teacher (Assistant Teachers must be willing to obtain their Lead)

** 2 Strong and experienced, yet loving and career-minded, Lead Preschool Teachers

Kaylee’s Garden believes children learn best through loving relationships, play, and imagination. Our center places a strong emphasis on social/emotional development and utilizes the Pyramid Model framework to guide teaching and interactions. We are a Pyramid Model Implementation site through the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health. We are also working with the City of Madison Accreditation team.

Teacher responsibilities include learning plans, observations, assessments, and building relationships with the children and their families.

Preference to candidates with an Associate Degree or higher in ECE or related field. Completion of Pyramid Model Training a plus, but willing to train.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
