Job Description

Syneren is currently seeking a Lead ServiceNow Programmer. The ideal candidate has experience administering ServiceNow s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module, thrives in a team atmosphere, takes pride in his/her work, and is committed to a highly proactive, process-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Development of ServiceNow solutions as an agile scrum team member.
• Takes the lead in development situations and/or discussing issues, jumping in to share knowledge.
• Is proactive in helping to improve ServiceNow Ticketing and responsiveness.
• Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems.
• May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
• Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
• Able to manage time and arrive early or on time to regularly scheduled and standing meetings.

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Developer Certification is required.
• BS/BA degree in a related area (or equivalent), and 2 to 4 years of experience in related areas.

Must be able to successfully pass a government background investigation
