Schedule | Shift: Monday - Friday | 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Requirements

• Leadership in a Warehouse Environment
• Ability to coach, train, and lead warehouse associates
• Ability to multi-task and solve issues
• Able to maintain positive relationships with clients, warehouse associates, and Insource leadership
• Must be able to work overtime if the operational demands require.
• Must be able to stand for 8 - 12 hours
• Ability to move up to 10lbs
• Must be able to work in a fast environment
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Must be able to work well with others and maintain a safe and clean area.

Job Description

The Lead Production Associate acts as a liaison between the Shift Supervisor and the staff who work on their assembly line. This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Lead Production Associates will be expected to stand on an assembly line for 8 - 12 hours. In this environment, the Lead Production Associate will be responsible for the performance of the entire assembly line. This will be done by training and coaching production associates, tracking line efficiency on the line paperwork, and escalating issues to supervision. The Lead Production Associate is also responsible for ensuring the team is operating in a safe and clean environment.
