Position Summary:
Lead Building Material Coordinator handles a full scope of yard and warehouse responsibilities. Responsible for use of forklift operation, loading and unloading all lumber and building materials, receiving, shipping, picking orders, stocking, counting inventory, monitoring, and maintaining quality of goods and products, and completing all necessary paperwork. This team member also engages in customer service activities.

The minimum physical requirements for this position include:

• Ability to stand for an extended period of time, walk, reach, and bend to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift up to 97.5 pounds while moving in a repetitive motion, twisting, turning on uneven and sometimes slippery surfaces, carry awkward objects both alone and with others in the yard and on job sites.
• Ability to work on elevated platforms and ladders, and at heights.
• Ability to repetitively climb on and off fork trucks, delivery trucks, and climb stairs at times while carrying awkward or heavy materials while using proper lifting techniques.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
