- Perform landscape maintenance duties including but not limited to mowing, trimming, weeding, applying fertilizer, pruning, and cleanups.
- Operate equipment and hand tools including but not limited to commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrows.
- Assists customers with complaints and questions or refers them to the Team Leader when necessary.
- Assists Team Leader with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources, materials and efficiencies are met.
- Assists with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Work with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
- Valid Driver's License with clean record.
- One year experience in this or a related field
- High school diploma/GED (or current student status)
- Spanish language
