I'm hiring a hardworking and trustworthy Landscape Maintenance professional for private residence in New Canaan, Connecticut. Position requires hands-on maintenance of the exterior and interior the buildings and grounds, predominately exterior landscaping. *Individual needs to be a self-starter with the ability see through tasks without supervision.

Job Requirements:

• General maintenance of the exterior of property, specifically the exterior landscaping and grounds.
• Weeding, mulching, pruning, planting flowers, gutter cleaning and general gardening.
• Painting and basic carpentry skills - experience w/ power tools, chainsaws, power washers, etc.
• Wash cars
• Run errands.
• Landscaping experience is mandatory
• Experience maintaining vehicles a plus / Washing vehicles weekly
• Technical, carpenter, electrical and painting skills are welcome, but not required.
• Reliable, trustworthy professional with related exp. and excellent checkable references.
• Must have clean driver’s license
• Must be legally able to work in the USA
• Must be vaccinated
• Must speak English
• Schedule: 2-3 days per week (8 hours per day) with flexibility to work some weekends.
• Clean fireplaces, restock firewood
• Assist housekeepers with heavy lifting, clean dryer ducts, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
