We are interviewing candidates to join our team as a Maintenance Production Manager. Our ideal person will be a team uniter with remarkable communication skills and will have a natural teaching ability.

What you’d be responsible for:*

• Schedule routes for new properties and manage our maintenance production schedule ongoing.
• Work with Property Care Managers and Customer Experience Administrators to manage special service requests submitted through the customer portal.
• Hire maintenance production team members and coordinate the first 30 days of onboarding, including both field and office training.
• Schedule meetings with crew leaders to track annual goal completions.
• Manage our production crew bonus program, including tracking and updating weekly numbers.
• Provide job skill training to crews on properties.
• Approve daily production hours for payroll.

What are the requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) years as a crew leader and two (2) years of working within an entry level management position.
• Green industry education and/or certifications are a big plus but are not required.
• Personality traits we’re looking for include responsible, organized, an ability to set and complete daily/weekly priorities, and adaptability to thrive in the residential maintenance market.
• Candidates should be proficient with technology, with some Aspire knowledge a big plus.

What are the work hours:

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Schedule flexibility will be required based on seasonality, weather, and client timelines. This position does not provide a remote work option.

What are the compensation and benefits:

• Base salary range: $58,000-$68,000 annual
• Twice annual net profit share
• PTO: unlimited after one continuous year of employment
