Urgently Hiring Outdoor Labor Technician
Shack Shine is a home enhancement company, specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, and holiday light installation services for our high-end clientele.
We are looking for an outdoor labor technician ready to take control of their own success. Work alongside a fast-growing company with the potential to become one of our esteemed lead technicians running a team of your own.

We need highly organized, customer focused individuals who are familiar with working in inclement weather and labor-intensive environments.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of high-end residential homes with the latest equipment and technology
- Installing custom Christmas Lights on residential homes
- Organizing and managing equipment within company branded vehicles
- Collaborating with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Invoicing and payment completion
- Planning and managing the job site structure
- Chemical preparation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Customer service focused
- Strong self-motivation and work ethic
- Must be able to lift 75-100 lbs. and transport 24-32’ ladders
- Able to do physical work including but not limited to bending, lifting, and handling tools
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the office and be ready to work at 7:30 daily
- Driver's license and acceptable driving history
- Previous outdoor work experience is welcomed but none is required. We care about who you are much more than your experience and will happily train the right person!
