McDowell Management is currently hiring for all shifts, and all building. We are seeking individuals that are team players. McDowell Management is a group of six residential care centers that focus on the behavior health population. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their highest level of independence.
Applicants must exhibit the following
** excellent attendance record
** pass background check through the state of MO
** desire to be part of a team atmosphere
** willing to work overtime when needed and/or be flexible with scheduling
Our facilities are our clients' homes. We service a great group of men and women. We are looking for individuals with caring hearts. Duties include, cooking, cleaning and passing medications. If an applicant is interested, but does not hold a L1MA license, we will train the appropriate candidates.
