Position Responsibilities:
- Assemble team; recruit, hire, and effectively train the best possible Parts, Install and Service team in the industry.
- Collaborate with management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Work with team members and management to develop financial and budgetary plans.
- Continually analyze operational processes and performance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day to day operational systems and processes.
- Manage all phases of Parts, Install and Service Departments.
- Manage vehicle fleet, including purchasing for all companies assigned.
- Maintain vehicles, trailers, and other assets within Parts, Install and Service Departments.
- Communicate with existing and prospective customers to find the best possible solution to their parts, service and install needs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for correct costs, selling price, part numbers and quantity reorder points.
- Purchase parts and supplies for Parts, Install and Service departments as required.
- Drives a company vehicle as an essential function of the role.
- Maintains an excellent driving record.
- Oversee the invoicing of all orders, edit as required for accuracy. Edit all open orders and purchase orders.
- Process warranty claims and credits from vendors as required.
- Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
- Recommend improvements as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills and experience needed for this position:
AA or Technical Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
Accounting experience: 2 years or greater a plus
In state Driver's License with approved MVR
