What You’ll Do:
  • Foster strategic opportunity within our existing client organizations
  • Capability to recognize the “unknown space” and uncover the potential of additional business opportunities within an existing client base.
  • Accountability for the overall client relationships and business outcomes
  • Determine a vision and strategic direction for the organization's relationship with the client
  • Act as the primary point of contact and service liaison between the client and ATL
  • Work as an internal change agent to meet the needs of the strategic account
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
  • Perform other essential tasks, projects, and responsibilities as required
  • Up to 25% (local) travel required
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of ten years of strategic account management experience in a business-to-business environment
  • An understanding of organizational priorities
  • Experience with strategic accounts and opportunity planning
  • Multi-functional account team leadership background
  • Demonstrated achievement with joint development, co-creation, and negotiating skills
  • Previous experience and aptitude to sell a service
  • Strong strategic thinker with financial/business acumen
  • Demonstrated results with value analysis and opportunity insight
  • Ability to listen and respond accordingly, accurately, and succinctly
  • Apparent energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Proven track record of successfully multi-tasking in a detail-orientated environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail, and internet functions
  • Occasional travel within the coverage area
