Your tasks:

• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual controlling analyses, decision recommendations, reports and evaluations
• Preparation of decision recommendations for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board in coordination with the Director Controlling
• Continuous further development of the controlling instruments on the basis of own recommendations
• Maintenance and further development of NORMA Controlling control parameters (ROCE, NOVA, KPI bridges EBIT and EBITA, forecast accuracy and various deviation analyses)
• Improving the monthly management reporting processes of the regions and the Group, especially in terms of standardisation, efficiency and transparency
• Independent evaluation of investment projects (profitability calculations, business cases) for submission to top management.
• Further development, standardisation and cross-functional harmonisation of the budget process (Sales, Supply Chain, Treasury, Purchasing, HR etc.)
• Interface function to controlling-relevant elements of the BI and ERP systems of NORMA Group; in particular on the basis of Cognos/TM1
• Close cooperation with Group Accounting to reconcile basic data from Cognos (IFRS chart of accounts, statistical account set-up) and ad-hoc adjustments to forecast and budget
• Development of or participation in the development of Group guidelines for the area of controlling, key figure systems, cost accounting, profitability analysis, calculation guidelines, transfer prices and assumption of responsibility for the respective implementation

Your Profil:

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration in the field of finance and controlling
• Professional experience in a comparable position (preferably in the automotive industry) and/or in an auditing company (Big 4)
• Knowledge of operational controlling, e.g. through work as a plant controller
• Structured and independent way of working as well as high result orientation
• Analytical way of thinking and high ability to work in a team
• Experience with and affinity for IT interfaces (proficient in SAP and/or COGNOS, TM1, BI tools, ERP systems as well as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ThinkCell).
• Fluency in English and German
