Our expertise and the developed tools have to be delivered to our partners and customers. In this role, you will support our marketing team as Content Specialist by producing relevant content for websites, blogs, articles, white papers, product descriptions, and social media platforms. You are creating content that is specifically crafted to create value for the appliedAI target audience (brand, product, inbound and customer retention).
Your mission

• You support Brand Awareness, Inbound Lead Generation and Customer Retention through in-depth research on industry-related topics and collaboration with our asset teams
• You develop original content for different formats e.g. Infographics, Whitepapers, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, the company website etc. Your content has compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• You edit and polish existing content to improve quality, consistency, and readability
• You increase traffic on our company website by using SEO best practices and keyword research
• For different campaigns, you closely collaborate with your colleagues on Brand & Product Marketing as well as Inbound and Retention Marketing
• You identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in our current content by conducting content analysis and content controlling.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
• First content writing or copywriting experience, ideally a portfolio of published articles
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, first experience in telling stories about technical topics is a plus
• WIllingness to work in a dynamic international environment, where you handle multiple projects concurrently and your work directly impacts company results
• Excellent writing and editing skills in German and English.
• You are an open, curious person and interested in working with a team of experts in an international environment.
• You have worked with Google Workspace applications before, experience with content management systems (we use CRAFT), notion, SEO is a plus
