#1: You MUST have your own vehicle. You will need a vehicle that you can have at the jobsite during the day so that you can move between job sites as needed.
#2: You MUST have some carpentry experience. Basic knowledge of tools and measurements.

Position: Apprentice Carpenter
Status: Full-time, 40 Hours plus overtime, Monday - Friday
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: $18-23/ hour
Description:
- Frame, build and finish Decks, Porches and residential carpentry projects with you lead or master carpenter.
- Learning to build Deck and Porch structures to current NC building codes and pass inspection.
- Learning how to use Miter saw, table saw, circular saw and carpentry tools necessary for the job.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Other Requirements:
- You MUST have your own vehicle. You will need a vehicle that you can have at the jobsite during the day so that you can move between jobsites as needed. Proper insurance is required.
- Must possess great communication skills.
- Must enjoy working outdoors. Willing to get dirty.
- Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
- Must have basic tool belt and hand tools. Power tools can be provided.
- Carpentry experience is how we guage where to put you. Have picture examples of your work and bring to the interview.
