This position is expected to pay $83,000 - $93,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
This position can be filled at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO or Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

- Work as a Global Administrator in ePolicy Orchestrator.
- Manage McAfee point products.
- Troubleshoot and configure/tune McAfee point products and GOTS products configured for ePO.
- Troubleshoot and recover from ePO related issues and outages.
- Tune SQL products to work with HBSS/ESS.
- Evaluate HBSS/ESS compliance in a DoD environment.
- Be assigned to a day or evening shift to support the deployment of HBSS/ESS patching and updates during approved maintenance windows.
- Assist with other applicable cybersecurity tasks.
HS Diploma (or GED) and 6 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 0 years of general experience- Must have at least 4 years of directly related experience working with IT systems.
- Must have completed, or be able to complete, DISA HBSS 201, 301, and 501 training within 60 days of hire date.
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Have experience as an HBSS/ESS administrator.- Have experience with product configuration and troubleshooting McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 5.X.
- Have experience with Windows environment troubleshooting.
- Have experience troubleshooting in a Cyber Security team environment/Linux environment.
- Be familiar with Virtual machine environment troubleshooting with evaluating and implementing STIGs.
- Have current McAfee certifications.
- Have experience or familiarity with MDA and Ballistic Missile Defense.
- Have experience using Remedy software.
- Have experience supporting a DoD customer.
