We are seeking a job developer who is interested in building relationships with local employers in Albany/Corvallis. The ideal candidate will have business to business sales experience and be motivated to find employment opportunities for our clients.

We are searching for a motivated, organized individual who will manage their own client portfolio.

Job Description

Establish and maintain working relationships with employers to secure employment opportunities

Assist clients in job search and placement

Match individual's background and skill set with vocational goals and employment opportunities

Requirements:

Valid Driver License

Position requires use of own vehicle in Albany/Corvallis area

Proven track record in outside sales/human talent management

Strong knowledge of the communities of Linn and Benton Counties

Must live in the are of service provided
