We have a large geographic footprint with several locations across central and northwestern MN and have many employment opportunities within our programs. We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for 8 part time Job Coach positions in our Little Falls, Milaca, Brainerd Locations, and surrounding areas. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer, and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $17 per hour with a $1 or $2 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends. Qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study. We welcome and appreciate experience and higher education but are willing to train any individual with a desire to work in our industry.

The current available positions are as follows:

1.

Location: Brainerd

Position: Supporting 1 individual in a production/plant setting. Flexible day hours 12-15 hours per week.

2.

Location: Brainerd

Position: Supporting an individual in a retail setting. Hours are Wednesdays 6pm-9pm, Saturdays and Sundays 3:30pm-9pm.

3.

Location: Long Prairie

Position: Supporting 1 individual in a stocking position. Wednesdays and E/O weekend 10am-2pm.

Position: Supporting 1 individual in a dishwashing position 2-3 weekdays and E/O weekend from 3pm-7pm.

4.

Location: St. Cloud

Position: Supporting an individual in a Health Food store stocking and light housekeeping duties. 1-2 weekdays and E/O weekend from 4pm-9pm.

5.

Location: Little Falls, Brainerd and surrounding areas.

Position: 2 on call float positions to cover staff vacations, illness or unforeseen schedule changes of individuals receiving services. Hours will vary based on need and there could be ability to pick up hours in other locations if desired.

6.

Location: Isanti

Position: Supporting an individual in a Deli/Dishwashing position. Hours are Tuesdays, Thursdays and E/O weekend from 9am-3pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
