Summary

G2IT a BMC Elite Partner and recognized leader in Multi-Vendor/Multi-Platform Service Management & Service Automation solutions currently has openings for a lead ITSM Service Strategy Domain SME in support of our National Security Domain vertical. The base salary is very competitive, the position supports telework and requires a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• ITIL Expert (v3)/ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL4) Certification Required.

• Requires 10 years or more ITSM experience with specific work history supporting business process reengineering and organizational change management.

• DoD experience is required, US Marine Corp experience preferred.

• Department of Defense Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) Experience Required.

• Requires IAT level II certified (e.g., GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security).

• Active Secret DoD Clearance ADP-I/IT-I duties w/a favorably adjudicated Tier 5 Level investigation.

• Experience with other service management frameworks and practices in an ISO 20000 and 9000 certified organization is preferred.

• 3 years or more experience in administering IT services within BMC Remedy; specifically, within the asset management, change, and release modules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Process Development and Maintenance providing maturation, expansion, and sustainment of existing ITSM processes.

• Demonstrated experience supporting augmentation of client services in making the initial set of people, processes, and tools functional.

• Demonstrated experience supporting ITSM cross domain impacts of new or modified processes, especially across Service Transition and Service Operations, preferred.

• Demonstrated experience for the existing processes below to include process development requirements and process execution support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
