The Headlines :

In the role of IT Technology Solution Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Emerging Technology team reporting to the Sr. Manager of Emerging Technology. In this position, you will have the opportunity to experience three rotational assignments within the IT department over two years. The length of each assignment varies, with no less than eight months per rotation. Typically, one of the rotations is specific to IT Brewery Operations. Additionally, the work location for each rotation may vary within the Molson Coors U.S. footprint.

You will contribute to the achievement of a range of goals and work with multiple IT groups throughout your tenure. Opportunities may include, but not be limited to, technical writing, software development, visualization tools, cyber security, SAP, data automation, cloud computing, and end user services. You will also participate in different culture and community-based activities that the Emerging Technology team conducts throughout the year, and work closely with a variety of IT professionals and business stakeholders.

The Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and associated IT technical software and hardware solutions, and make recommendations for areas to improve business value, speed of delivery, and quality of the products/services delivered.
  • Follow company methodologies and defined practices to support the design, development, configuration, test, and deployment of IT solutions (hardware and/or software) as a contributing team member.
  • Utilize ITIL and agile best practices while collaborating with IT team members (employees and vendors) to ensure IT Operations, Application Support, and End User Services run efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Portfolio Services, and other related areas in IT by achieving a set of shared objectives and reporting key results that demonstrate the achievement of the value.
  • Create project plans, engage in team and project meetings, communicate regular status updates, and present final deliverables to managers, IT leadership, and relevant business stakeholders throughout each assignment.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience in the field of IT; certification in ITIL, SAFe Agile, LPM, CAPM a plus
  • You are a strong problem solver.
  • You have excellent effective communication skills, both orally and writing
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
