Technical Responsibilities
* Level 2 Support Contact for Desktop/Network/Server Support
* User Administration; i.e. Password Resets, New Accounts, Terminations
* Remote Access to Desktops via TeamViewer, MSP Connect, etc.
* Computer Networking (Internet, File/Print, Etc.)
* Virus and Malware Clean-up
* Backup and System Monitoring
* Responding to System Alerts
* Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and Microsoft Office Suites
* Email Admin for Office 365 and On-Premise Exchange
* Mobile Device Configuration
Admin Responsibilities
Support Ticket Entry (AutoTask)
Client Quoting and Purchasing
Nice to Have
- Experience with AutoTask and a modern RMM like Kaseya or N-Able.
- Managed IT Service Provider experience is a huge plus.
Salary will be based on qualifications.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
