Job description
Kimball International is hiring a motivated IT Leader responsible for the tools that enable our employee's to be productive and support our customers. This position is a managerial position that will require a technical hands-on approach to support our use of Office 365, which includes Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Telephony, Email focused security tools, employee experience, and more. A background in IT administration (Email, Office 365, Networking, A/V, Windows Server) paired with leadership capability and experience would be an ideal combination for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals that are tasked with supporting tools, technologies, and services that are end-user focused.
- Share and show what's possible with these technologies.
- Cultivate and facilitate relationships between IT and the business units.
- Develop relationship with and leverage supplier/providers of supported solutions.
- Provide training to employees to ensure adoption and productivity.
- Provide a high degree/high touch service model
- Sponsor projects and provide guidance and direction to other team members.
