ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional duties may be assigned.
· Function as the SPOC (single point of contact) for the IT Service Desk, providing worldwide user support.
· Provides support to end users through Global IT Service Desk for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues
· Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity
· Documents, tracks, and monitors problems using applicable systems and tools
· Supports, monitors, tests and troubleshoots hardware and software problems.
· Responds to telephone, email, and online requests for technical support
· Coordinates with other teams or departments to resolve user problems
· Recommends and schedules equipment repairs
· Installs and configures software and hardware
· Assists Global IT team in worldwide projects, such as tech refresh, IT renovations and various worldwide IT projects
· Provides IT support globally such as monitoring IT systems, user and site requests through IT Service Desk
· Collaborates with Global IT colleagues through the ITSM team to ensure worldwide standards are reviewed and practiced
BASIC DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional duties may be assigned.
· Services copiers/printers and placing maintenance calls, such as ordering, replacing toner, and addressing local copier issues (paper jams, loading paper, etc.)
· Addresses telephone system issues and places service calls
· Prepares IT equipment in conference rooms for all scheduled meetings
· Informs the site users of any scheduled IT interruptions prior to the date and of any unforeseen interruptions that are beyond IT control, such as, network provider issue, power outage, telephone provider issue, etc.
· Strong written and communication skills.
· Clerical and organization skills – generating electronic documents of records, procedures and backup logs in a timely manner.
· Promotes a safe work culture and ensures that personnel are adhering to the general safety rules and are trained in accordance to company policy.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s Degree and 2-4 years of related experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to work with a team effectively and exhibit excellent communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply common math such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Preferred basic knowledge of MCSA. Valid Passport.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products, Basic understanding of Networking systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
