Regent Cabinets is hiring a full-time IT Director to work onsite in either our Lakewood, NJ or North East, MD office.

As an Information Technology Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all technology operations in our organization. The IT Director will devise and establish our IT policies and systems to support implementation and strategies set by upper management, develop strategy, and more.

Regent Cabinets, a member of the HCI portfolio of companies, is a provider of custom cabinets, countertops and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry. The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble and quartz countertops that are sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100+ unit segment of the multi-family market in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluating according to established goals
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support implementation and strategies set by upper management
• Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems, ERP, and WMS)
• Analyze business requirements of all departments to determine technology needs (I.e. finance, sales, operations, etc.)
• Own and manage all IT projects and implementations including schedule, budget, coordinating Regent staff/SMEs, and vendors (i.e. ERP roadmap)
• Partner with managed service providers to:
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
  • Identify needs for upgrades, configurations, or new systems, and report to upper management
• Control IT budget and report on expenditure
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contract

Job Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
• Proven experience as IT director or similar role in manufacturing or distribution sector
• Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems.
• Experience working with ERPs and WMS systems. Preferably NetSuite, Oracle, or similar tier 2 ERP systems.
• Experience in controlling information technology budget
• Excellent organizational, leadership skills, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
