We are currently seeking a Full-Time IT Assistant for our West Jordan, UT office.

The IT Assistant will support users at our office in Utah and other locations, as well as supporting field personnel.

Duties Include

• Respond to and solve Level 1 Help Desk Issues
• Monitor and maintain the help desk system
• Work on various IT projects, such as documentation and new software deployments
• Troubleshoot and determine source of computer problems, and document resolutions for future reference
• Serve as liaison between staff and the IT department to solve issues

• High school diploma or equivalent. Working on degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
• Ability to learn and support new applications.
• Good understanding of the Windows operating system
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong aptitude for learning
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team.
