Rivel’s growing investor communications division, StoryLign, is currently seeking a motivated Investor Relations Analyst to work as part of the Project Client team assisting our global clients. We work with clients on a broad spectrum of projects including investor days, earnings results, conference presentations and quarterly investor presentations used for non-deal roadshows.
This is a key role and would suit someone who is keen to add value by demonstrating their aptitude and ability to think strategically. Your primary focus will be on providing tactical support and execution of key responsibilities associated with ensuring the successful delivery and completion of the client materials quickly and efficiently. This role is highly visible, and you will be meeting with senior management from the outset thus strong communication and client engagement skills are a must.
The ideal candidate is someone who embraces working in a team environment. This role can be fully remote although working at our Westport CT office will be required from time to time.
The range of base compensation for this position is a minimum of $50,000 to a maximum of $75,000. Compensation for any particular employee in this position is adjusted based on skill, effort, responsibility, education, training, credentials, geographic location, working conditions and/or experience.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Analyze financial information, research company specific-information and industry trends
- Ensure all edits and revisions are incorporated and reflected into client deliverables
- Own project timelines to ensure key deadlines are met
- Work cross-functionally across multiple Client teams and liaise amongst the wider Rivel team
- Manage multiple client deliverables
- Be proactive, anticipate and preempt bottle necks next steps in the delivery
- Provide timely feedback to the client team and management
- Be the primary contact for clients on matters such as the timetable, updated decks and organization of meetings
- Manage and accurately record project hours on Wrike (time management platform)
- Provide additional support to the team as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area(s): (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Communications)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with experience across the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint
- Understanding of financial statements and sound understanding of the factors that might affect a company’s valuation and financial performance
- Work as part of the team but also progress workstreams independently
- Solutions driven individual with a continuous learning mindset and strong analytical skills
- Alignment with and commitment to uphold Rivel’s core values
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative while being organized, resourceful and detail oriented
- Proven ability to independently communicate with executive teams and manage complex projects
- Prior experience and/or knowledge of Investor Relations is an asset but not a requirement
- Knowledge of and/or experience with, Capital IQ, Wrike and Salesforce a plus
