- Intervention Specialist
LOCATION:
- Poland Middle School
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Special Education & Building Principal in providing services to children with disabilities and other at risk students.
- Ability to perform work in accordance with job description.
- Licensure: Holds Intervention Specialist licensure Mild/Moderate Special Education certification with training in inclusion and co-teaching.
- Successful BCI & FBI background checks.
- Experience writing IEPs/ETRs and collecting and analyzing student data.
- Ability to develop and implement daily lesson plans consistent with students' Individual Education Plans.
- Demonstrate organizational skills and communication skills.
- Be an effective communicator and motivator.
- Possess strong leadership skills.
