As part of the e-commerce team in Cologne, you will contribute to the success & expansion of the online business at RIMOWA.


MISSIONS:

In close collaboration with your team, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of e-commerce. In particular, your mission will be to take part in the operations behind the scenes to drive client satisfaction.


E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS:

You will participate in all operations related to post-sales e-commerce:

  • Get to know all relevant e-commerce tools such as SALESFORCE Commerce Cloud, Order Management System, etc.
  • Understand the flow of orders from purchase to delivery.
  • Participate in management of returns, refunds and handling of fraud.


Work with various stakeholder throughout RIMOWA to improve customer satisfaction:

  • Global E-Commerce to suggest improvement to the customer journey.
  • Customer Service Center to help manage client issues.
  • Supply-Chain and Logistics to ensure smooth delivery and post-purchase experience.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Monitor our Net-Promoter score, create reports and identify improvement potential.
  • Interact and coordinate cases with our Customer Service Center.

In addition, you will gain valuable insights into a variety of topics & projects related to e-commerce, customer relationship management, online marketing, supply-chain, etc.



PROFILE

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a degree, preferably with a focus on business administration, marketing or another comparable course of study.
  • Ideally, you've already gained some experience in the ecommerce environment (not a must).
  • you're characterized by hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team.
  • Excitement to join a dynamic, international e-Commerce team spread between Cologne, Paris & Dubai.
  • Strong interest in understanding of e-commerce, especially in the luxury segment.
  • Open, curious & analytical / numbersorientated mindset and the ability to think strategically and conceptually.
  • You're thorough, organized with a good sense of prioritization.
  • You are fluent in German & English.
  • Good knowledge in the MS-Office package (specially Excel & PowerPoint).
