Your main responsibilities
- Performance monitoring, understanding the respective KPIS and implementing the learnings in order to optimize the onsite customer experience
- 360 Degree marketing executions on onsite, social media and CRM related channels
- Supporting fashion product guide creation by identifying correct product attributes for each fashion topic/ clothing category
- Research of trend and editorial topics
- Monitoring benchmarks and ensure Trendyol onsite visual & verbal imagery is matching/ exceeding benchmarks
- Working very closely with different departments such as CRM, Creative, Planning etc.
- Writing engaging copies for our online shop as well as various other channels such as mailings or push-notifications
- Researching campaign shooting ideas as well as supporting on briefing the creative team for the content productions
Qualities we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Management or any relevant related field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a content-manager or any related field
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and precisely under time pressure
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- German native & excellent command of English Ability to effectively work with remote teams across countries and deliver results
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the project
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and brand-building strategies
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle concepts and trends
- E-commerce experience in Germany is a plus
- Having a feel for language and a passion for copywriting in both, German & English is a plus
