Position Summary/Position

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Internal Communications Administrator provides internal communication efforts including but not limited to internal project management, internal events, internal projects, and is responsible for assisting on the day-to-day technical maintenance, development of the user experience (UX/UI experience, basic HTML coded functions), moderations and oversight of the content within the Intranet for all company-wide pages by collaborating with all business units. This role will also develop resources and content for the Intranet, and other communications tools and resources for company-wide usage including training materials & conducting training to grow user adoption. This role is needed to help manage the activities and training of the Intranet Community driving internal communications efforts to inform, engage and inspire Team Members to participate in using the Intranet, supporting IEHP Mission, Vision, and Values. Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

1. Write, review, and moderate Internal Communication content. Generate brief organization announcement messages and alerts, moderate and report inappropriate and/or misleading content according to the Moderation policy within the Intranet including the deletion or editing of content that doesn’t follow guidelines and therefore needs simple corrections.
2. Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to create, execute and maintain content. Provide council on strategies, messaging, and positioning of optimized content for internal communications and the Intranet communications that encourages Team Members to communicate and collaborate through the Intranet.
3. Liaison of internal communications and advocate of the Intranet within the organization, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate, helping users get the information they need located within the Intranet, and address issues that Team Members bring up regarding the internal communications and the Intranet.
4. Develop presentations and training resources for internal communication practices and intranet content management. Conduct training for all site administrators and new/existing Team Members as it relates to the online community.
5. Spearhead the effort to implement the internal communication and online community strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service to our community in collaboration with the Communications Strategist.
6. Develop the user experience with new widget design using basic CSS and HTML coding including fixing broken links, adding images, and designing widgets that provide content optimization that meets user needs, working with the IT department for developer assistance in areas beyond the widget capabilities and user interface.
7. Work with the intranet Software vendors and the Information Technology team to ensure the community platform (for ex. forms, blogs, moderation tools) are kept up to date and functional, as well as influence the roadmap by collating user feedback.
8. Partner with all departments across the organization to create and execute communication plans targeting Team Members at all levels, including executives, management, and Team Members.
9. Determine internal communications for special events, advertising, and marketing needs in collaboration with IEHP leaders.
10. Write and edit all internal communications, including letters, talking points, FAQs, memos, communication plans initiatives, tool kits, and newsletters.
11. Work with Marketing (Creative Services, Communications and Digital Services) teams and/or outside vendors to deliver final products to internal client(s). Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) Cont Supervisory Responsibilities Leading: Self Experience Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in internet platform or communications required. Preferred Experience Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution required.
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience in a similar role, marketing, and/or health industry is required for this position. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above. Familiar with basic web coding: JavaScript, json, python, CSS, html a plus, content management and content writing, and Intranet platforms, specifically SharePoint Software. Understanding of and sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment and community. Skills Requirement

A reasonable salary expectation is between $53,892.80 and $68,702.40, based upon experience and internal equity.
