We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship to join our international HR Marketing and Recruiting team based in Munich to support our global Center of Competence.

What awaits you?

• You will be supporting the project manager in developing selection methods and concepts as well as dealing with the day-to-day tasks within our team that are required to ensure the smooth running of the international office.
• This covers also collecting data to evaluate the need in terms of diagnostic tools in the different entities of the BMW Group worldwide regarding the different target groups, as well as supporting the project manager to identify, analyse, select, develop and implement the various selection tools in the different countries and entities of the BMW Group.
• You will also support the setting-up and implementation of selection tools for our Greenfield plant as well as developing recruiting processes and procedures.

What should you bring along?

• Studying HR or Psychology or a related, relevant field of study.
• Passion for HR and/ or recruiting.
• Perfect fluency in English, business level German of advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially in Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Presentation and facilitation experience.
• A self-structured approach and strong analytical skills.
