Personal Insurance CSR

Larry E Crum & Associates was established in 1968. We have a very low turnover rate and believe in family.

We are currently seeking a personable individual with a sense of urgency to offer service to new and existing clients.

Requirements:

The ability to multi-task and stay on task and not get easily overwhelmed

Ability to work without supervision

Arrives on-time or early

Sense of Urgency a must to meet deadlines

Strong verbal and written skills

Dependable, reliable and team player

The ability to multi-task

Have a desire to grow and become a better you

Ability to learn quick and think fast and utilize common sense

Motivated to help others

Good customer service skills

Must be able to prioritize work flow and change gears quickly

Great organizational skills

Prefer previous customers service skills preferred

Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Educational Requirements:

Must have High School Diploma at minimum, but Bachelor’s preferred

Salary:

No previous insurance experience- $30,000 to $38,000

Previous Insurance experience or licensed- $35,000 to $50,000

Benefits:

We pay half of the employee’s medical. Dental and vision offered after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
