Railside Citrus Insurance Agency is looking for our next Insurance Agent! We have a full-time position open right now for a motivated, outgoing Insurance Sales Representative with an upbeat attitude and a desire to grow!

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Bringing in New Accounts
- Following through on opportunities from conferences, trade shows and networking events
- Prospecting/Generating Organic Leads for your book of business
- Providing the Citrus' experience through follow-through and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention
Requirements
- Must currently possess Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License, or be willing to obtain them within 30 days of hire.
- Prior sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
- Proficient computer software knowledge/skills and able to thrive in a paperless environment.
