Job description
Works with all functional teams involved, internal and external, to support outside sales activities at KUKA Robotics and allow Territory Account Managers to prioritize customer interaction. Supports and coordinates the implementation of new and existing sales processes. Assists in sales reporting, customer visit coordination, and managing data within KUKA’s CRM System (Salesforce).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Professionally maintains confidential data, information and concepts
- Creates various sales presentations accessible to the sales team
- Maintains internal KUKA USA “Sales” SharePoint Site, allowing the sales team to access relevant sales materials
- Assists sales team with lead qualification and opportunity follow up
- Assists sales team with various data entry tasks, including pre-order requests, loan requests, etc.
- Manages KUKA NAM Pipeline Program and keeps in direct communication with Regional Order Management and Demand Planning teams.
- Performs routine calls with account managers to ensure Salesforce data is updated
- Point of contact / liaison for USA sales team to other departments internally (Order Management, Customer Service, Legal)
- Manages the execution of incoming legal documentation related to sales team activities (NDA’S, System Partner Agreements, etc.) in a timely manner
- Assists Sales Operations Manager and other members of the Sales Management team with reporting and other needed metrics
- Supports onboarding / Sales Training with new Sales Employees
- Point of contact for Salesforce CRM Support and KUKA Sales Tools
- Creates various work instructions / procedures for sales team
- Administers New Customer onboarding for New Robot Sales Team only
- Supports proposal team with updates to local articles/forms about internal RFQ process
- Travels as needed to support the Sales Operations team and training opportunities
- Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continual improvement
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree and three years of related sales administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, E-mail, Sharepoint, SAP, CRM, or equivalent) are essential. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Requires reporting, forecasting, and understanding and working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written procedures and general correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from co-workers and customers. The ability to summarize data, write/generate reports, and write procedures is necessary. Excellent English language skills are required. German language skills are an asset.
Mathematical Skills
Basic mathematical skills apply. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, fractions, and ratios. Ability to develop mathematical formulas and apply mathematical operations and concepts to spreadsheets.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to interpret and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver’s license and passport are required.
