Our client is hiring an Inside Sales representative for a full-time on-site role job in Lenexa, KS.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in qualifying potential new members. As inside sales representative is responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, and other forms of communication. They work with existing customers to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers or leads
  • Cold calling and emailing prospective customers to introduce them to products or services
  • Answering questions and providing information about products or services to potential customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing customers
  • Managing a sales pipeline and tracking progress towards sales targets
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing and customer support teams, to achieve overall sales goals
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Attend key industry-related conferences to generate leads.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales or outbound sales
  • Experience selling to small businesses prefered.
  • Ability to understand and successfully promote services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold calling.
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus.
  • Able to work independently
  • Great persuasive and negotiation skills.
